30 day what???

So I have been doing this thing called the 30day shred and well yeah, it sucks! I mean it is horrific, but I am getting used to it. I made DDB [Darling Der Bear] start doing it with me and let me remind you that he works out all the time, well it killed him. That goes to show you this 30 day shred isn't to be taken lightly! In addition to this 30day shred, I have started a new diet. Ya know, trying to work off this baby weight! When your used to being like 105lbs and you add like 40lbs to that, you feel like a....um...BLIMP! So my new diet is a Special K diet. It consists of either Special K cereal [very yummy] for breakfast or a SK Meal bar and coffee[yuck!]. For a snack I have a meal bar [I know it says meal but hey I'm BFing and you get really hungry when your giving half of what you eat away]. For lunch I have SK cereal again, which is so delicious. And for dinner I eat what I make for Derek and Mado, I just dont eat breads. Like last night I made a pork roast and then after it was done [4.5hrs later] I pulled it from the fat and added BBQ sauce and a little bit of Ketchup adn made BBQ pork sandwiches for the boys and left the bread off for me. I also made my own recipe for these whole potatoes simmered in Creole seasoning...mmm...I am getting hungry...any way...this diet is going good so far!
So anyways...Yesterday me and the boys went to one of my favorite places...TARGET! While there I realized I am not done hving kids after all... I'll take a girl please! No really I was shopping for a friend whom just had a baby girl, Addison! I wanted to buy the whole store but instead I bought an adorable outfit...



Too cute! Also i got something for the boys to decorate their pumpkins this year with...

  1. Have you lost any weight yet!!? I was 133, now I'm 132.5.

    BWHAHAHAHHA.

    My family came to visit, so we've been eating out EVERY meal. Like I've been eating like a freakin PIG! :\ It's insane. Sheesh. I also haven't done the 30day shred since Thursday or so. sigh. I need to get with it.

  2. I've been doing ok eating wise but I took a day off of the 30 day shred bc I didnt have the time to do it...I dont feel like I've lost anything! But hopefully, hopefully I will! *fingers crossed*
