So... It has literally been forever since I blogged. I mean I love to blog and all, but I have not had anytime!! Let's see...my weekly schedule goes a little like this:
Monday: Class in Glasgow 8-3, then pick up munchkins, cook dinner, baths, put them to bed, homework, and then bed for me!
Tuesday: SAME!!
Wednesday: Clinicals 8-3, everything else the same!
Thursday: Clinicals 8-3, and again all the motherly stuff!
Friday: No class til 1 o'clock Yay!!! Then the same 'ole stuff!
So as you can see I am extremely busy, I don't really have time in there for my own husband!! I know crazy, but we understand that the long term gain will be all worth it for our family.
Now since Oz and I NEVER get to spend time together because of our schedules, we decided to have a date night this past weekend. We went to eat at Cheddar's which was pretty good! We also rented some movies and came home and watched them. [Most couples would go to a theater to watch a movie if they were on a date, but we NEVER get to go out so we are like 6mths behind everyone on movies so we haven't seen like any movie that is in the movie store. Needless to say we needed to catch up!] It was a great night!
Let's see...what's a few things that have happened since I last blogged??? Well Munchkin M turned 2!! We had a wonderful birthday party for him at Chuck E. Cheese! It was crazy, but he had a blast! I will make another post and post pictures of his party.
Over the weekend we also went to the park...I will now proceed to post pictures of our adventure [mainly because I know you all want to see how much they have grown!]
Ok I'll stop!!
Now let me say one thing about sign language...well I will back up first and tell you that back the last week in January, we put the munchkins in a day care on Wednesdays and Thursdays. It wasn't because we have no one to watch them, but it is for a number of reasons, one being that my clinical schedule is a little crazy and another being for some interaction with other children. Ok! Now in M's class they are teaching them sign language, which I think is just amazing! Kids pick up on it so easily, and M is really good at it! Well, I told Oz's grandmother [who watches the kids the other 3 days] that M has learned to sign, and she was like [in a really old country voice :)] "If they teach these kids to sign they will never talk!" Ok...well Maddox does talk, but it's just neat for him to know it! It's like learning a foreign language, it's just neat!
Well I guess I have put you almost up to date on our lives in Oz! [haha I crack myself up :)]
